The same Irish spirit, a new generation at the helm.
After generations of family ownership, Richard and Mary have handed over the restaurant they established to Conor Byrne, Christopher King and their dedicated team. Together, they carry forward the traditions and values that have made The Byrnes part of Ennistymon’s story.
Honouring the past while bringing fresh energy to the present, the team continues to make The Byrnes a welcoming place to enjoy good food, great drinks and genuine hospitality. With its distinctive vintage character and famous view of Ennistymon Falls, it remains a place for conversations, gatherings and memories.
